losing the samsung keyboard using Opera 9.5

I've searched for this everywhere and can't find my answer. Someone PLEASE help meeeeeee.

OK regular Opera that came on the phone from Verizon nice enough keeps the good fat finger samsung keyboard. But there is that dumb finger mapping that blocks the upper left side of the screen. If you're scrolling fast and reading, that always blocks your view for a second which is too long for me.

I loaded Opera9.5 (which gives two versions Opera9.5 and Operal) Fine no finger mapping over the display. Great. Now, it defaults back to WM default keyboard every time there is a text entry site. I've opened the xml, the ini in notepad, etc. I can't find the command line that I could use to get the best of both versions. Also the original version can play my XM radio, the 9.5 can't.

So I have these important questions.

What is the solution to either the mapping in Opera or keyboard in Opera9.5?

(I would rather get rid of the mapping in Opera because it also will play my XM online)

What is the difference between the Opera9.5 and Operal?

I've tried to copy the opera6.adr to move bookmarks from one to the other. That does not seem to work.

Have u install Pocket CM Keybord? This problem started to me after install/unistall this soft.

No didn't install PocketCM keyboard, but did install Calendar and gsync. I don't remember if there was a correlation with that or not.

have the same problem. but it does state in the release notes that the new opera build will not work with custom sip's

too bad cause the new build does feel faster than the opera that comes with the rom. i gues we will have to wait for a new version...
