how to turn clock into 24-hr format

*hope this will make sense to you guys*

so here's the thing, my clock format in the widget on the tab shows a 24-hr format *that widget thing that u drag on the screen*

however in my today/home screen *im not sure if thatz whatz it called* using the spb mobile shell skin, my clock format shows 12-hr format

anyone knows how to turn that 12-hr format into 24-hr format?

Settings=> regional manager => in the time tab change it to HH:MM:SS, without the "tt" in the end
