HELP Storage Memory Problem Can't Send Texts

Hi I hope someone can help me. I put a couple of games on my i900 (the ones that have been listed within this forum) and now I am experiencing problems. I keep getting the following message "Storage memory is critically low. If the storage memory is not increased , other programs may not be able to start. Use File Explorer to delete files that are no longer needed or move some files to a storage card"

When I start my phone I also get this "SMS will not be received unless there is more stoatge space available"

And when I try to send a text I get the following message "Storage memory is not enough to complete this operation. Delete old or unused items and try again."

I have tried looking through my phone deleting items that I don't want and done as much as I can, I have tried uninstalling the items that I have put on today, although I can find them to use but I can't delete them :) I have tried syncing it to my PC but for some reason (I guess its all linked) it won't even let me do that. Can anyone help me as I don't want to go through a hard reset
