Hi guys

I have read through a few of these threads but i dont find what i am looking for.

I have a preconfigured vodaphone omnia.. i900 XXHH1/ JBHH1

i900BUHH1

Now i want to upgrade to the JVHK1 firmware to get rid of the VODAPHONE once and for all.

The problem is, all the threads i have read so far starts off with..

* With the onscreen keypad input *#1546792*#

But my phone does nohting when i enter this..

Any help please???

I have exactly the same issue. That code *#1546792*# doesn't do anything. Is there some kind of registry hack we can do to get the same result as what that code does?

I have now downloaded the firmware and the regedit, but still not sure what code to dial.

Does anyone else know?

I found typing it too fast does nothing, try entering the sequence nice and slow :)

i tried it really slow, nothing worked.

But i did get the "latest" rom from the local samsung site.. JCHJ3 i know i know.. its not that new.. but at least i am rid of my vodacrap :D and im happy with it so far.

Only found one problem, password fields in the web browser can only allow numbers when using phonepad. but other than that good so far.

Maybe from this version i can now get better ROM.

just want to say again YAY for no more vodaphone!!

Try *#638738# this worked for me with vodacom :)
