Updating Firmware

Hi Friends

I uregently need help on how to update my firmware.

My current is DXHH3

I have already downloaded Active Sync.4.5 and my lap is XP

What else do i need? I tried the last time to update but after updating image when the system when to USB Change, it asked me for the CD Rom. and then stalled.

I'd appreciate any help as I like my Omnia but the only problem is the batt life span too short.

Im now to this so pls bear with my ignorance.
