I am hoping that the combined talents of this forum can save me and my phone.

I attempted to upgrade my Omnia firmware, it failed to the point where it will not go past the samsung logo. The computor will no longer recognise it is connected. I have tried doing a reset with the little button by the on/off button. I carnt even turn the thing off unless I remove the battery. I have a feeling i have wiped everything and to make matters worse i didn not back up because I didnt know how and being a male didnt read the instructions. Is there any one out there who has managed to overcome this problem that can help me please!!!!!!!!!!!

The phone was bought in Singapore in about October thats all I can tell you about it.

Just run the updater again, reset phone, and it should pick it up.
