Email Sync with Omnia can i do this....

I have sync'ed my omnia with my work desktop sucessfully, currently just my Outlook Calander.

I wanted to sync my emails can i do the following...

Sync all my daily emails which i have not replied to (i suppose do i need to select todays emails to put on my omnia or does it put all emails in my inbox on my omnia?)

then

On my omnia, reply to the emails (save as drafts? or send but hopefully as no email account set-up will not send until it is sync'd with my desktop outlook) or by working offline is this a feature on the omnia?

then

take back to office and sync with desktop and the ones in my outbox (emails i have replied offline) are sent from my desktop pc
