Disable auto sync

Hi,

the title says it all.. how to disable auto sync in Windows Mobile Device Center (or ActiveSync in XP)?

I've noticed that this program automatically sync my phone with PC whenever I plug on my phone to PC, and every few minutes it sync again and again..

I would like to know how to disable it, so that I can doing the sync manually..

Please advice. Thanks in advance

On the activesync window, go to file/connection settings and de-select "open activesync when my device connects".

Then you can open it from the system tray, sync, then close again.

theres no such menu on Windows Mobile Device Center =(

anyone using vista n WMDC here with solutions?
