Lost data on My Storage

today when i connect my omnia with pc for data transfer ask me phone for defrag storage . i click no but i lost all data on My Storage . now when i connect mobile to pc show me disk named TFAT (F:) . and when i turn off the omnia and turn on again it show some error named SW_startup.exe is not found. please help me. tnx
