Samsung Panel from IA2 - sorted

Hi, does anyone have the Samsung Panel from IA2 as a cab? I downloaded a version of the panel which had the same version number etc, but it was different from the one included in Taril's IA2 for example. Alternatively if someone can point me to the files and registry settings required, I can attempt this myself...

Update:

Right, I took the original IA2 ROM from Secany and extracted all the bits and pieces and created a installation cab so if anybody else wants the full screen Samsung Panel, then PM or email me. Would also be nice if someone can post or upload it somewhere, I don't have any hosting accounts....

It's the chinese input method... the chinese version of transcriber. The version I managed to download doesn't support full screen writing...
