Restoring my Omnia Rom to UK Genuine then Updating

Hi,

I have a UK generic 16GB Omnia that I have been a few different roms on, originally I have to chance the configuration on the device from Uk to Singapore before I was able to upgrade, This is what I have done and now I am running a cooked rom which is working fine however I want to put everything back to the way it is meant to be,

What do I need to do to turn my device back to UK specific, flash a official ROM and then update to the latest version.

Also, You'll receive an "incorrect software version" message when you try to flash the original uk rom. Just search in this forum and you'll find a way to go behind this.

Hi, I am also facing the same problem. I want to revert my cooked ROM to the original one. It fail to do. I follow the below steps when I face the "Incorrect Software Version" :

• Press the 'dial' key to the left of the optical pad to bring up the dialer
  
• With the onscreen keypad input *#1546792*#
  
• Select 'Preconfiguration'
  
• Enter code *#81230*# and select OK
  
• Select 'UK', with the default Operator
  
• Accept this, DEVICE WILL HARD RESET
  
• Run update, and all should be well.
  

But after that also, I couldn't flash my latest original ROM downloaded from Samsung site.

PLEASE HELP ME !! <_<
