Thanx I had the same problem.... I wasn't able to get XCPUScalar to run right on my Omni I-900 but, I found this latest version of XCPUScalar and it's been working just fine. Give this a try. Guest OverClocker Posted February 10, 2009 Report Posted February 10, 2009 thanks but its not working :) The only thing that it does is to keep the cpu at the max(630mhz). There is no o/c :D
Guest taeksoo Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 thanks but its not working :) The only thing that it does is to keep the cpu at the max(630mhz). There is no o/c :D You know what I noticed... After you launched the app... turn your Omnia in lanscape mode. It shows different tabs on the bottom.. i didn't realize this until today. Then you can go to each tab and set it. TS
Guest JohnJayJrV Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 How did you get 627? I can only go as high as 500mhz... jv
Guest jackdaniel Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 do you realy feel any difrerence using this overclocking soft?
Guest JohnJayJrV Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 Actually seems a bit peppier! Drains the battery quicker, but if I can get it to 630 it'd be worth it... jv
Guest taeksoo Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 Oh yeah.. you feel the difference.. on your hand that is :( It gets pretty hot. To be honest, I really don't feel much difference between 300-500. So, I scale it.. and only use 200 for 0-25%.. 300 for 26-75% and 400 for 76-100%. the phone still gets hot when I do allot.. like playing games/gps/opera..but, it's not too bad. if anyone has benchmark settings for this that will optimize our phones... PLEASE SHARE!! B) TS
Guest smilepak Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 How did you get 627? I can only go as high as 500mhz... jv agree, how the heck di dyou get over 500. I've tried a few months ago and at best get 500
Guest a15e9e Posted September 1, 2009 Report Posted September 1, 2009 (edited) agree, how the heck di dyou get over 500. I've tried a few months ago and at best get 500 U open Xcpuscalar, in the option menu, that's a "show frenquences over 500 Mhz", there u go ^^ Edited September 1, 2009 by a15e9e
Guest JohnJayJrV Posted September 1, 2009 Report Posted September 1, 2009 U open Xcpuscalar, in the option menu, that's a "show frenquences over 500 Mhz", there u go ^^ I don't see that option under options. What version are you running? jv

PLEASE SHARE!! TS The app seems to basically make the processor run at full speed. When I launched tcpmp and went to settings without running the program, it will show 210MHz, after playing a movie it'll read 420MHz. When running xcpuscalar it will read 633MHz, obviously +/- a few as the processor is rated at 624MHz. If anyone knows another way to get accurate cpu readings I'd like to know. Also important to note, when looking at cpu usage while xcpuscalar is running, it's pegs usage at 100% every few seconds. I've set it to refresh every second, and it'll hit 97-100% then back to 0% then back to 97-100%. Battery life drops noticeably. Benchmarks from SKTOOLS 4.47: 1) Stock: Integer: 248.8802 Floating point: 8.597 SKTools loading time: 3786ms 2) Running xcpuscalar (doesn't seem to matter where the slider is set at, and with no cpu auto scaling, check box unchecked) Integer: 343.0322 <-- Floating point: 8.605 SKTools loading time: 2169ms <-- Other comparisons based on the databse in SKTools after benchmarking, no SKTools loading time data (unfortunately): 1) HTC Touch Diamond: Integer: 331.11 Floating point: 7.64 2) HTC Touch HD Integer: 330.10 Floating point: 7.46 3) Sony Xperia X1 Integer: 321.70 Floating point: 7.34 Edited September 1, 2009 by SStaged

Guest HellboyMC Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 Hi, Does XCPUScalar fix the problem with keyboard option button not opening? Thanks As far as i know it does, but i think you should try touch response 0.3.2 cause it's a simple program that also solves it and won't mess with your processor.
Guest StarVision Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 the default frequency for this CPU iis 800Mhz , and for all sorts of reasons , it was decreased to 624Mhz~
Guest Rabby Posted October 8, 2009 Report Posted October 8, 2009 the default frequency for this CPU iis 800Mhz , and for all sorts of reasons , it was decreased to 624Mhz~ I've installed XPUscalar 3.0.3 on my ommia, but the max MHz is 500 which I can choose. There is nothing to help in options menu or anywhere in the program. Does anyone know how to get the program work on higher MHz-s also?
Guest amb123 Posted December 14, 2009 Report Posted December 14, 2009 Hi guys, Has anyone tried the "Super Dave’s Auto Step" program. If yes, what is your experience? I am trying it now. I don't see much difference so far. I set it at 520.
