Omnia charging problem

Hi there!

First thing is that im polish so liease be patient with my english :(

My problem is -  when i connect my omnia to the charger even if is almost completly uncharged battery idicator on today screen shows that battery is full and led light is stright away green.

I just cant charge my omnia. I have already tried hard reset. Tried to fully (how to say??) uncharge  my phone and try to charge again. Once i could charge but was another problem - even after disconnecting chrger led light stay green, had to do soft reset. Now even if led got green and battery indicator change for "charging" it takes about half minute and is showing fully charged back and led is green. 

Ive changed my rom, but i had no problem first couple weeks.

I will appriciate if anyone could help.
