Camera start possible with locked keys?

Is there a way to start (only) the camera over the camera button even the key lock is activated? It would be convinent instead of first unlocking the phone and than be able to start the camera. Also an option to automatic lock the device after closing the camera app would make sense to me, who often uses the camera.
