Creating a link to a program

I have a program which doesnt install it is ran directly from the exe file. I have to navigate to it using file explorer everytime i want to use it.

What i was wanting to know is, can i create a shortcut for it that will appear in my programs menu, or better yet have it so i can add it to the programs page on the touchflo 2d interface

make a .lnk file with notepad. In the file you put the adres like (example): \program files\s2u2\s2u2.exe

Or create a link with a file explorer such as resco, whtever....

Browse to the file with the Windows file explorer, then long tap on the file. There's an option so 'send shortcut to programs'
