How do you get/install themes onto an Omnia

Hello I have no idea how to get themes onto my Omnia ( i900) after downloading them off here.Is there any chance someone could help me by telling me in the most basic way of how to do it as i'm a complete novice and am totaly crap with phones. Also what is this Manila2d? were do i find it and is it important? Your help will be much appreciated.

Manila 2d is the basically the HTC interface which runs over the basic MS layout giving the TouchFlow finger gestures you see on newer devices.

As for having this installed it is most commonly found on peoples cooked ROMs (unofficial ROMs that have been created by users instead of the manufacturer)

The reason you find it on cooked ROMs is that it has been taken from an HTC ROM and ported over to an Omnia ROM.
