Omnia's Email Forwarding to Phone

Hey i recently updated my rom to the latest then with taril's latest but when i try to forward/download all my email in my inbox to my phone with either gmail/yahoo it won't let me. It says connect to the server to try and get the settings online fails, but when i do it manually it also doesn't work and keeps asking me for a password.

With Hotmail, it sends me to mobile.live.com site which is usually just sending me alerts of a new mail but i can't actually read it unless i log in from the website and read it.

I just want any new email that arrive in my email accounts to show up on my phone so i can read/reply like usual!

Anyone else got this problem or have a solution? Thanks!

for hotmail you need to dl a cab file. However, if you're using Taril's rom, the windows live program should already be installed if im not mistaken. Just go into programs and click windows live and setup your account. From there on it should push e-mail. Go to Messaging and a hotmail account should be there.

Type your phone number, follow the link and download Standard or Pro.

*NOTE* I'm currently using Qbus' DXIA2 and standard didn't work for me, I had to dl Pro instead.

And i can't help much with gmail etc, the only e-mail server I added was University of Maryland College Parks email and it worked fine.
