Basically he has firmware:

i900 JPIA3/JPIA3

Can this be possible??

The Omnia was bought from Dubai a week ago, so it kinda (slighty) makes sense.

If this is true, where is ours??

versions do not get same build numbers globally, each 'country' has its own roadmap.

so, that IA3 may be very inferior to IA1, as an example.

you should check if it has new softs or bug fixes :(

i900JPIA3 is in Arabic.

Downloaded it about a week ago, hoping to use the updated right-to-left Arabic engine for Hebrew support.
