How to sort Programs in Start Menu?

Hey there!

Does any one got a idea where to sort the items in Start Menu?

It seems to be mixed up totally and not being sorted by ABC, instead it seems first installed, first in the menu.

Also: Is there a chance with WM 6.1 (HTC Rose) to enable "scrolling" thoruigh start menue instead of clicking the button for more Apps?
