Whats the Difference Between These 2 Roms?

I recently installed an update from Samsung by changing my version in the registry before installing.

Now looking at a few topics in this forum i'm seeing the latest version maybe DXIA2_DZIA2.

I currently have version:

PDA: XXHJ4/MSHJ1

PHONE: XXHI5

I'm in the UK and using an O2 sim.

Shall I stay with my current version or update to DXIA2_DZIA2?

What is the difference between the two?
