Guest Firebugweb Posted February 18, 2009 Report Posted February 18, 2009 (edited) When My battery gets to 40% I get an alarm (I understand there is a way to fix this and just havent found the link) BUT my REAL ISSUE: When my battery gets to a certain percentage it says, "you can no longer make calls". This is NUTS! Is there anyway to manage this?? I Understand when it stops me from playing games or using the Navigator (although I believe I should get to say what I use until it's completely drained) So... How do I stop it from curbing my calls once it reaches a certain percentage? Edited February 18, 2009 by Firebugweb

Its not just the verizon versions though its a really dumb feature that Samsung put on the phone. Why the hell would we want to be able to do everything other than make calls when the PHONE battery gets low. Dumbest feature ever.
Guest ilyukha Posted February 18, 2009 Report Posted February 18, 2009 I read somewhere that if you disable the power save mode (Settings>POwer>Power Save) it will not turn off you calling feature at low battary. You can try that

You can try that I do not have Enable power save mode checked.... so that doesn't help. ANYONE find a fix for this? Or write software to fix this issue??
