Can not remove Touch Control

Guys I have scratched my head for days over this. I have an i910 and last week I installed Touch Commander. After the install, I noticed that the phone was slow to respond to touch. I decided that I would uninstall the program and once removed the phone improved greatly. Now here is what's bothering me. In Setting/System there is an icon called Touch Control. This is the only remainder of Touch Commander that I can find after using Clear Temp, SK Tools, painstakingly going through the registry and looking in Windows Dir for anything that looked like it might be related to the icon that I am trying to remove.

I'm missing something and I'll be damn if I know what it is. Any clues to help me out???
