Omnia Microfone problem

I have a carholder with speaker but the problem is, I hear people speaking but they don't hear me. Volume etc is turned on to maximum but no results. When I press speaker on on the handset it says it doesn't work with headfone plugged in. That's probably because it's plugged into the handset (same plug as normal charger).

I use the Lufeig's rom.

Does anybody know where to search? :(
