I got a couple of questions.. 1) I have created several folders inside Start Menu/Programs but they all have the same icon. Is there a way to change it, like Games folder..? 2) Is there a registry entry to change the default installation of a program? I want to make it as My Storage or even My Storage be preselected instead of Phone memory.. 3) And lastly, every time i reboot the xt9 keeps turning it self on. I mean i want to write an sms, i open the keyboard and press on XT9 to make it abc so i can write. If i restart my phone i will have to press the XT9 button again in order to change it to abc. Is there a way for the phone to remember this selection? Thx in advance guys!

If its a blank program sort of icon that meanst the icon for that app hasnt been specified. 2. Whatever program you install asks where it should be installed. 3. Sounds rom specific. Whatever keyboard I closes with is the one that reappears for me.

I was wondering if i can change that into something else.. Like the games folder,i has the icon of a yellow folder and a an ace deck card next to it..

I have forgotten where i saw this at... But Kudos to this person that helped me out before......\ - download the reshacker <---- Google it and they will come! - extract RESOURCE_HACKER.zip in any folder you like. - get the IconRes.dll from your \device\windows folder - go to folder wherein you extracted reshacker. run reshacker.exe - open IconRes.dll, you will see a "tree map" on the left side panel. click the folder named "icon" then select the icon you wish to change. after that, click "Action" from pull down menu then "replace icon". as easy as that.... - dont forget to save your work and bring it back again to \device\windows folder.
