Hi!I am Richard,I am from Canada and I do know very little about the topic,but first -I am glad I found such a place.

Without it I would be lost completly.

I have a problem with my Moto Q9H.After usage it with Garmin GPS software (gps unit in the phone started to work using MODACO software),the phone lost his sound. I can not hear anything,no music,no clics of buttons-nothing.The only one way to turn sound ON is from settings of Garmin Mobile XT: turn sound On .This is very annoing,because after each turning phone off ,I have to start GPS software and from settings turn the sound ON. Is it any way to fix the phone myself without sending it to repair to service provider? I will be greatful for any sugestions.Regards- Richard
