Guest sevenhq Posted February 22, 2009 Report Posted February 22, 2009 Okay, so I'm just coming from the Palm handheld and moving to the i910. I'm not too fimilar with the whole windows mobile file structure yet but it appears to be much like a regular windows structure. I have a few questions for the board; these may or may not have been answered already. If they have been answered in another post I'm truely sorry and you can call me a noob all you want :( My i910 only allows me to select either the internal storage space or an external storage space for the camera. Not the storage space which has 8gigs internally. Does anyone know anything about this? In other words, I want to store pictures I've taken on the 8gig portion of my internal memory, but the option is simply grayed out. I'm porting a couple games over to the omnia and I'm having a little trouble with the accelometer. I've noticed speleomaniac has posted source code for this in another forum but the link was dead. Anyone got a source file I can take a look at? Those are the only two questions I have of right now. I'll most likely be posting my projects here and completed works for all of you to enjoy once I get the hang of the omnia. Thanks!
Guest Beardedmonk Posted February 22, 2009 Report Posted February 22, 2009 The camera by default stores your pictures on the 8gig internal memory in the folder DCIM
Guest sevenhq Posted February 23, 2009 Report Posted February 23, 2009 that is what I figured... but for some reason I had two storage folders when I investigated. One was inside of the application memory. I deleted it and did a soft reset to my omnia and it automatically renamed My Storage2 back to the original. I'm not sure how it happened but now all is well :( I still haven't been able to find any SDKs for the accelometer though.
