hard reset omnia 16 gig

i install IWKBD_EN.exe then reaset my phone but now some error appear

a problem has occurred with cprog.exe

and can not call!

how can i hard reset i go to setting--->system--->hard reset

i go for reset main memory but it say enter 1234

how can i fix this error?

err...try typing in 1234

sorry am very newbie it say enter 1234 but there is no keyboard for enter that

You should have the keyboard icon at the bottom of the screen, press it. :(

but i can'nt see any keyboard just a window appear that write

"are you sure you want to reset to manufacture default? enter '1234' and press yes to confirm. "

and nothing i say before but again omnia 16gig not 8 gig
