My "More Widgets" only finds a limited number of widgets..

I have the Online Widgets installed on my phone and when I update the list of widgets, I don't see some of the cool (but useless) widgets people are describing such as the love calculator and various clocks and such. A list does pop up, but they are in a foreign language and some are accuweather widgets (but I already have a accuweather widget). Anyone know the solution?

To be precise, these are the widgets that show up:

Accuweather (EU), Accuweather (CA), Accuweather (EE), Pagesjuanas, Mappy, Lequipe, Allocine, ilMeteo, Gazzetta, and FreeTime.

Ive tried installing these widgets and I don't speak a lick of spanish or whatever language these are in but I've seen videos of people with widgets in english.

i'm a new-bee myself, but what i did was i searched only with using a vowel at a time to get some widgets... and except for the others that you've noted, all that i have found were all in english ~ !!

i know it's really a trial and error type of thing, but yeha it worked..;; i had alot of time on my hands;;

or i hope someone comes up with a better answer~ :(

I tried all the vowels...and got nothing but the same

Any other suggestions?

Love Calc is in the newest ROM - IA5.

But not very useful if one has multiple girlfriends. :(

Opera widgets are for the desktop version so are not compatible.

Guess we have to wait for SS to come up with more over time. Perhaps those in the Omnia Reloaded edition will make their way here soon, assuming of course that it does have more then we have atm.

Ok, I'll teach you the simplest way to download more Widgets :(

First of all you need to have one enabled On-line Widgets ROM (like DZIA2 or DZ/DXIA5)

moreWidgets.zip

1. Grab the attached file unzip it and copy it in your Omnia (don't matter which folder)

2. Click on the .wgt file, the phone will install it in the Widget bar (the file will be automatically moved to My Storage - Widget folder)

3. Use the new MORE Widgets widget to browse through all the available on-line Widgets.

Have fun!

wanted to ask a simple question, i have ROM DZIA5 and it has the more widgets app and i can find the other widgets as well, like alcoholcounter, no smoking, the clocks, post it etc.. just as it shows in the link u posted.

Do i need this more widget thing, does it give access to other widgets as well or is it giving access to samsung 8800 widgets?

No, if you already can see them - strange, because I wasn't able last week when I tried.

By the way, the MORE widget I posted it's from the upcoming S8300 UltraTouch.
