Screen alignment is locked up..

When I go into screen alignment and try to recalibrate the program starts and tell me to tap the target X as it moves about.

The target X starts in the middle, but when I tap it with my finger or the stylus it does not move and the program locks up.

I have to turn the phone off and back on.

Anyone have any ideas?
