is there a way to make your phone email push at certain times?

right now i have my main one to push every 2 hours and my others once a day. I would like to make my main one push how it does during the day but between 10 pm and 7am, i would like it to just be off.

The storm has an auto on/off for the phone which is cool to save power.... and i just want that for the email on the omnia.

i dont charge it every night as i have heard that you shouldnt charge batterys every chance you get and i dont want to be charging it if i still have 90% battery life on it.

Set to manually send/receive in Activesync mail options. But this won't save battery much :( .

well the point of me setting up the sync every 2 hours was so i didnt have to... but thanks for the input. it doesnt matter too much cause my phone is charging most nights
