Alternative to Advanced Configuration tool

Updating to the latest .net compact framework in order to run this utility seems to kill the speed and responsiveness of the phone. I realy liked some of the functions thet the Advanced Configuration tool so is there another good app like this that doesn't require the .net framework update?

There is Advanced Config and KaiserTweak. Both need .Net CF I'm affraid.

You can install .net CF and un-install it afterwards if need be.

Or just get the Advanced_Config_0409.xml file from the advanced config CAB file and manually carry out the tweaks using a registry editor. (dotfred's task manager for example).
