Are there any theme makers out there?

Hi guys,

I have been looking for a theme, Windows blue bar for the top task bar and flat black for the bottm softkeys, but with a blue overall theme.

Similarly a red theme with a flat black softkey bar.

If some one can make these for me i would be most grateful.

I have had go at making the themes using a theme editior but it got a little confusing
