Improved Reception Upside Down

I don't know if this has been discussed or not but I have noticed that, since the Antenna is in the bottom of the phone, it works better upside down. and with the tilt sensor, it corrects the display and the only issue is the button placement.

On this same note, has anyone played with relocating, hacking, or improving he antenna?

My display doesn't turn the right way if I turn the phone upside down. Everything still looks upside down as if it was a phone without the sensor. But does it really make that much of a difference anyway?

in my house It was at 0 bars and unable to send a text message right side up and two bars and able to send when it was upside down.

I am guessing that the hand placement was more of an issue than the actual direction.

Its good for HSDPA browsing to get full speed.

as mic and speaker is inverted on rotating upside down, difficult for calls unless using loudspeaker and hold like dictaphone.
