is it possible ?

upon connecting the charging cable the phone should be automatically set to general mode if the phone would be in silent/vibrat.

upon connecting the usb cable the phone should show us 4 modes. 1. active sync 2. usb mass storage (my storage) 3. usb mass storage (storage card) 4. internet sharing.

can any one made app like this?
