Guest Broda Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 Hi all I bought the ZAGG´s Invisible Shield for my Samsung Omnia I thought it was very easy to install, But it was not so easy. Is difficult after you align the film (Invisible Shiled) and remove the bubbles, because sticks well on the screen even using a lot os shied spray OK, I finished installing it ZAGG said that small imperfections will disappear in a few days, I hope that is true My question is... It is correct install invisible shield over the lens of the camera's digital phone? Or the photos will be blurry with invisible shield? Thanks PS: The surface of the cell now becomes gummy, cool!!
Guest WoZZeR999 Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 I did not put it on the lens, I figured it would make it blurry.
Guest Turborepu Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 i think the cutout was to make way for the lens the piece left over was not actually meant to be used on there.. I left mine off.. It does get softer and sticky but its tough.. I throw it in my pocket with my keys and drop it here and there without being worry now..
Guest Broda Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 (edited) Well, my lens is without invisible shiled too I sent an email asking for zagg about invisible shield on the lens of the camera. Its true, twelve hours after applying the film, small imperfections are disappearing. I think in twenty-four hours maximum, everything is perfect PS: Only the lens of the camera are unprotected. By placing the phone on a table with his part of the lens facing down, the lens touches the surface of the table? So dragging the cell in the table can scratch the lens? Edited March 7, 2009 by Broda
Guest bpivk Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 Don't put the protector on your lens unless you shoot without flash in perfec lighting conditions (no sun but still enough light) because protectors will difuse (i hope that's the correct term in english) the light and you'll get bright pictures or bright spots (depends on the protector you're using). I tryed two protectors with different but in both cases negative results.

I had the same problem, so i took it off to.
Guest Broda Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 It´s difficult to use the Styllus now with the Invisible Shield. Moving the widgets, It does not slide smoothly on the film. Is it normal? I think now it´s better use only the fingers. The styllus only for write messagens or other stuffs with the "keyboard" The small imperfection is almost done
Guest Broda Posted March 8, 2009 Report Posted March 8, 2009 I do not know how to write it in English, but I did a technique for preventing the lens of the camera is scratched by placing the phone face-down I cut 3 identical pieces (parts not used of the invisible Shield) and cheat on the rear surface of the cell creating a step of 1 mm, so, putting the cell with the back facing down the lens does not have contact with the surface where was placed, avoiding the lens is scratched if you drag it on a surface
