Guest marce_245 Posted March 8, 2009 Report Posted March 8, 2009 Hi everybody, this is my first post here. I recently bought a Samsung i617 BlackJack II, running Windows Mobile 6.1. It has a built in GPS which works great. Now I want my Nokia N800 (PDA) to recognize it as an external bluetooth GPS. I read that with a Nokia N95 its possible using an application called ExtGPS from Symartic. But I can't use that app with my phone. Is there any other way to do this?, has anybody tried to do it with a windows mobile smartphone?. What I need is a way to export NMEA data from my phone via bluetooth so my PDA or laptop computer recognizes the phone as an external bluetooth GPS. Thanks in advance
Guest marce_245 Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 Please help!!!. I really need this!.
Guest marce_245 Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 Sounds like you want GPSGate Yes that would be exactly what I need. Unfortunately, its only for pocket pc (windows mobile professional), not for smartphones (windows mobile standard) like my blackjack. I already tried just in case but it says that the application is not for my phone B) . Im getting desperate........ do you know any other application that might work monolithix?
Guest Monolithix Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 Not off the top of my head, I'm afraid!
