i've been trying to upgrade my phone to the latest firmware, but it's not working

i've installed activesync, modem drivers and also the update. it will download onto the phone and it repeats "1st file downloading" 3 times and then it will say "download failed"

i've tried to hard reset my phone and then running the update, but it's still not working

i downloaded the update from samsung's singapore website

os: microsoft windows xp sp3

Check the roms forum section. I recall someone having a similar problem. I think you may need to go back to HJ1 then to HK3 again then to the latest.
