Guest celz Posted March 15, 2009 Report Posted March 15, 2009 Hey guys, im new here, got a bit of a problem, though not really a huge deal but it is bugging me greatly. my device is a the samsung omnia i900 running version MBHJ3 I installed Iconsoft's Phone Extension 1.2 and 1.3RC2. First I installed 1.2, and then I uninstalled it and put on 1.3RC2 afterwards and this was smooth, it uninstalled fine and installed fine again. But I decided to uninstall it for the moment (it's actually really great!) and I am a bit anal about uninstalling things sometimes that I don't just uninstall the software but i seek out and delete its registry entries as well, and I may have made a fatal mistake by deleting the registry entries first before uninstalling the software. Now, one of Spam alert's features for those who dont know it is it changes the skin of your phone screen (the screen with the phone number and where you dial numbers) to a custom black-coloured one. Anyway, after I deleted two folder entries, one in HKLM and one in HKCU, I uninstalled the software, and after the phone restarts, I found that Spam alert did uninstall, however, my phonepad screen did not change back to normal. the black theme/skin remains and i can't change it back (or at least, i dont know how to change it back) and im fairly sure it's because i screwed around with the registry before, because when i uninstalled 1.2 to try 1.3RC2 it uninstalled fine. any ideas how I can fix this?

HKLM\Security\Phone\Skin Change 'Enabled' value to 1.
