Just done installing SPBMobileShell2.1.0. Went to tools, and changed the theme to HTC's from the spb skins 3.0 button.

However, when i pressed the end key button, the screen went back to the default omnia theme, and i had to clicked on 'spc menu' on the bottom right before the HTC theme appears again.

Is this normal? Or did i miss out any step? I saw screenshots with the windows start logo at the HTC theme, but my HTC theme does not have any windows start logo. I had to go back to the default omnia theme to see it.

You will not see the windows start menu from SPB Shell. It is completely covered. The fact that yu go back to original screen when you press the End buton is normal. You need to install SPBWatcher (search for it on this forum) so it will not switch from shell to orginal screen.

Thanks, i've got the SPB watcher actually. But i dont like the fact that whenever i press the end call function, it goes back to the default today screen before moving on to the spb menu.

Also, i cant access 'start' from the spb menu. I've seen the 'start' option on the customised spb menu tho, how can i go about doing that?

I guess you don't have much choices at the moment. You either have to use some other interface that integrates itself to the Today Screen (Ifonez, Winterface, PointUI..., have used none of these so I don't know if they are any better) or wait for version 3 of Mobile Shell that _might_ replace the whole Today Screen.

Can I ask why do you want to access Start Menu because every item you have in the Start Menu can be accessed from SPB Menu (Programs, Settings, etc.). You also have customizable menus like 'My Menu' where you can add whatever you want.
