MS Voice Command for Samsung Omnia

Hi,

Has anyone tried the MS voice command for the samsung omnia???

The problem with Voice2Go is that you have to "learn" all commands and especially create voice tags for each contact which renders it quite useless for voice dialing. e.g. i have about 400 contacts and don't want to create a voice tag for each of them

I use VC and find it superb.

You don't have to teach it anything - it works right away.

Be aware that voice dialling with a bluetooth headset still uses the phone microphone for input of contact or number but once dialling is initiated it transfers to the BT device (an Omnia failing, not MS VC).

I have shown VC to friends and left them with their mouths gaping open in astonishment!

For instance, say "play music". VC asks what I would like to play, artist, album, genre etc.

I give my reply then it asks for the artist etc.

Also good for flight mode on/off command.

No, MVC works just fine via BT headset mic in Verizon Omnia and Omnia BT Fix version without failing

Im using Moto S9 (stereo BT headset) + WM6.5 BUILD 21189 BT FIX + SRS WOW HD

And my own mouth gaping open in astonishment!

yes, using version 1.6

works very well for pulling up contacts and appointments eg - "what is ..." or "Call ...." . Has trouble with the first few digits when you speak a number eg - "Dial", so i never use that function.

Hey guys i accidentally ripped the ribbon cable for the left and right and mouse button and microphone is there too.

Anyone know where i can find a replacement?

This happen while i was installing my new digitzer. I searched throught google and nothing. so if anyone knows where i can find a replacement please let me know. I need my omnia running.
