Imarche SPB Mobile Shell Skins Cab File to My Storage

Hi, I'm trying to make a cab file to install the Imarch SPB SKins directly to My Storage. It only comes as a zip file.

Now I have a cab file, but when I try to open it, I get the 'it cannot be installed because it is not digitally signed' message. I'm new to this. Can any one help? This is based on SpbMobileShell2.1.x-WQVGA-Skins_Release3.2

Wish I could help...I can't even use the CAB Manager I like (Win CE) on Vista (they don't support 64bit), but I wanted to say it is a GREAT idea, I have been waiting for someone to get that idea and run with it!!! Good luck, I'll keep my eye on this thread!!!
