I cant put tclock to the launcher shorcuts! Help

Hi

I am using a ROM with M2D built in. In launcher shortcuts i install the cab file of tclock.cab and it installs the file. I cant add tclock to the launcher shortcuts.

How can i solve it?

Also do you know a good contact manager? I cant use Spam alert because it freezes...

What do you recommend?
