Can connect but no emal

I'm on TMobile

I can connect to the net but when i try to check my email its says

'can't connect using these setting' even when I'm already connected B)

I have a yahoo account and this has only started happening recently.

on a completely different note, is there anyway to save bookmarks and RSS feeds from opera mini :(
