Best Omnia Theme/Rom?

Hi everyone,

I got an omnia not so long ago now, prob about a month back and i must of flashed it about 4 times and yet to find a Rom that i can stick with,

I just wondered what roms people are using.

I've just seen the Limo Linux on omnia and that looks amazing but not sure when it's out..if it will be..

One more thing, is it just me or when your texting does it seem to lag..just a little bit, compared to the Tocco?

but maybe that's my Rom and possibly might not enough memory free, Who knows.

Just need something to try as i'm bored of my current Rom B)

Personally, I use Qbus's Manilla Roms, and i must say, im quite impressed by it and its doing me well.

What rom are you currently using?

I'm quite new with all the rom stuff, i know how to install them without worrying if it's going to brick...but i don't really

know which Rom is the newest.. :L

I just want a Rom that looks good, and is responsive.

I was on QB06M by qbus but now I really like Khuanchai's Omnia TouchFlo 2D build 20271 with Bluetooth fix (voice dialing).

Taril's are the best if you want your phone the way Samsung intended. It's basically OEM+ with all the apps and stuff but optimised memory usage and newer versions of things like flash and .Net

The other 'best' roms come down to what 'shell' or interface you want. There are a lot of good ones with Manilla 2D or SPB Mobile Shell cooked in and some apps taken out that you probably won't use.

It's a case of trial and error really to find the right one for you. It's fairyl fool proof flashing with an exe ROM though, just make sure you are using XP (or Server2003) not Vista and that you have the samsung modem driver installed.

Any comments on the best Manilla ROM with everything in it and the most up to date aps for youtube etc?
