Guest unlazyfree Posted March 21, 2009 Report Posted March 21, 2009 (edited) When i go to change the ringtones in sounds and notifications, if i try to play them or exit out of there, it says the ringtone file is corrupted or missing. I tried to change the default location and move the ringtones, however that didn't help. Also, I'm able to play the ringtones on ant music player on the phone. I also tried changing the associated program but that didn't help. The files are all there and aren't corrupt, it's something within the sounds & notifications i think (whatever that player is). I was able to go in the registry and change my ringtone in there (the ringer still works when i get a call) it's the same location as where you go to change the default folder, so i can still change the ringer, it's just that i can't do it within settings. Any way i can fix this? I tried uninstalling the most recent programs i installed and even that didn't seem to help And yes, I searched. The results didn't help as I've stated above Edited March 21, 2009 by unlazyfree
