Omnia (and computer) displaying wrong memory usage?

I tried copying about 3.5gbs of music onto the my storage part of my new omnia and now it says I am using nearly all of the storage.

At first I had 0kb left, then I deleted some random cabs i left there and that much space was freed. I checked the size of everything on the Omnia and there is definately not 7gbs worth of stuff on there.

What can i do?

these usually happens if the music you put into your memory has album artworks in it. i don't know what causes this. just go to file explorer, in your music folder delete all files with 0 kB. that's it. good luck.

not at all! just sort by filesize and select em all quickly.
