Guest Maxwell Newton Posted March 23, 2009 Report Posted March 23, 2009 (edited) Hello! I have my omnia sms set to the standard conversation mode. A long time ago i sent a text message to a friend, and he has been recieveing that message about 2-3 times a day ever since! I tried deleting the conversation and when i next checked, there was that text again! The funny thing is that if i leave the conversation and send other texts and recieve other texts from him, then scroll up and check that text that keeps sending, its in the same chronological place in the message window but it has a time from today rather than a date from several weeks ago like all the other texts around it! Anyone got any ideas other than a hard reset? sorry for the scrambled explanation, very tired! Thanks, Max Edited March 27, 2009 by Maxwell Newton
Guest bpivk Posted March 23, 2009 Report Posted March 23, 2009 Do you use any other app for sending sms or do you use the standard outlook software?

Guest Maxwell Newton Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 Bump, Please guys, my phone is sending this text over 20 times a week without me knowing about it!
Guest bpivk Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 I would put it to a virus but you said that it's sending a sms and to one person only so this can't be it. I suggest that you do a hard reset and that's it.
Guest Maxwell Newton Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 ok B) looks like this is the only way!
Guest js3339 Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 ok B) looks like this is the only way! Make a backup with SPB, do a hard reset and when restoring backup, uncheck messages. If that doesn't help hard reset and start from scratch.
