Symptoms: sometimes the device stops making and receiving calls. After a soft reset it recovers the ability, but a couple of days after it shows the same problem. Last Monday I did a hard reset and after that no calls where accepted (in and out). Both of the devices were running SPB Mobile shell (last version). I like the device, and willing to receive my third one. I live in Chile, version is J2 and no one here is willing to help me (carrier and distributor) in terms of providing information regarding ROM versions. Have someone experienced something like this? Any advice will be appreciated. Regards Rafael
