Guest Hpizzle Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 My i910 started bugging out yesterday saying that the battery was charging when it wasn't even connected to anything. Windows Power Settings reports that battery is charging and at 0%. SU2U shows the battery charging animation but continues beyond the size of the battery border and shows red outside the right and a full green. If the phone goes idle and comes back the touchscreen will not work. Corrected after soft reset but continues if goes in idle. Runs incredibly slow. Programs like wireless manager refusing to open. And all this changed instantly. I tried to check the charge putting it up to my tounge and got the pink water paper wet so scratched it off and revealed to more electrical leads. Did getting the paper wet somehow ruin my battery more than it already was? However I got the paper wet after all this started anyway. Have to live with the phone like this until the USB cable I ordered comes in before I hard reset. Could an installed program do this? Any help would help. Trying not to lose my contacts until I get them on my laptop.

Guest Hpizzle Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 I really need some help now. I can't hard reset because I need the phone on but I can't put the phone on because Windows thinks my phone is charging and at 0% battery life so it say battery is too low. Is there anyway I can hard reset around this?!?!?

Guest Hpizzle Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 What happens if you plug it into a power source? It would charge but windows does not show anything. I found a fix to it though, the hard reset worked. I used the unspoken method of holding the call and end key and power key.
