changing samsung i900 from polish language to english

hi guys

noobie to this site and had looked into here before i actually purchased and found it to be very informative,i now have my fantastic new samsung i900 in my hands only to discover having purchased it in poland that its in polish... please tell me theres a way to change this to english if possible??

having looked at a few posts i see all manner of updating going on... what road should i be going down here folks? have done a bit changing psp flashs etc so im not afraid to try... any help in this matter greatly appreciated,,,,,, thank you .... B)

actually is it possible to flash it up to latest version and it hopefully would be in english when its successfully installed? any answers greatly appreciated folks...
